Building Update: The Arthur

Construction has wrapped up on the Arthur residential development in Boise, Idaho. Designed by SCB Architects (Chicago), the 26-story glass tower rises above the city skyline, its serrated upper silhouette serving as a sculptural homage to the Boise Foothills. The development offers 298 residential units ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, and includes elevated amenities such as a rooftop pool, new to the Boise metropolitan market.
